中国出入境检验检疫协会国际可持续发展实验室分会（International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories Chapter of China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association）是根据《中国出入境检验检疫协会章程》设立的全国性的非营利性的分支机构，是加强中外实验室设计与建设的国际交流合作、促进中国实验室设计与建设持续改进的重要桥梁和纽带。
国际可持续发展实验室分会由北京戴纳实验科技有限公司、北京比特赛天系统集成技术有限公司、嘉科全球建筑设计有限公司（美）、中国中元国际工程有限公司、帕金斯威尔建筑设计事务所（美）、北京市建筑设计研究院有限公司、信息产业电子第十一设计研究院科技工程股份有限公司、西门子楼宇科技（天津）有限公司（德）、创实气体控制设备（上海）有限公司（德）、科颐得环境技术咨询有限公司（新加坡）等世界知名公司发起成立，同时吸纳国内外设计院、专业设计公司、工程公司、设备供应商等作为会员。
国际可持续发展实验室分会举办的国际可持续实验室发展高峰论坛，旨在搭建实验室设计、建设、管理的信息交流共享平台，是在我国举办的代表国际最高水平的实验室设计、建设论坛。论坛邀请全球顶尖实验室领域专家，交流国际先进的设计、建设和管理理念,提高中国实验室设计与建设水平，促进国内科研、教育、环境监测、检测、医疗等实验环境的持续改善。
International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories Chapter of China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association is a national non-profit branch established in line with Regulations of China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association, serves as a bridge to strengthen the communication and cooperation between China and foreign countries on lab design and construction, as well as a bond to promote the sustainable development of Chinese lab.
The initiators of I2SL Chapter are as follow: Beijing Dynaflow Lab Solutions Co., Ltd, Beijing Scitec BAS Ltd., Jacobs Engineering Inc (USA),, China IPPR International Engineering Company, Perkins+Well (USA), Beijing Building Design Research, The IT Electronics Eleventh Design & Research Institute Scientific and Technological Engineering Co., Ltd., SIMENS (Tianjin) Building Technologies Ltd. (Germany), Spectron Gas Control Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Germany), QED Asia Environment & Technical Consulting, etc. At the same time, the chapter absorbs national and foreign design institutes, professional design companies, engineering companies and equipment suppliers as member.
Aiming at creating an information platform of lab design, construction and management, I2SL conference held by China Chapter of International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories is considered as the highest-level lab design and construction forum in the world. The conference invites world’s top experts in lab field to exchange advanced design, construction and management concepts; improve Chinese lab design and construction; and accelerate the improvement of national research, education, environmental monitoring, medicine and the other experimental environments.
